SPR# JBOR4D3T7L - Fixed problem with "Unknown OS Error" after files copied to AS/400 from a CD

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Domino 5.0.3.
To avoid the issue, remove the read-only attribute, which is one of the default
attributes for a file copied from CD-ROM, following these steps:
1. Using Microsoft Explorer, locate the file in its new location on the AS/400
(do not map a drive to this location).
2. Right-click the file and select Properties, which will bring up the dialog
box shown below in the Supporting Information section.
3. Click the Read-only option to remove the check mark, click Apply, and then
